The Maxi-Jet 1200 with its 295 gph output is the ideal powerhead for powering undergravel filters or creating internal water movement. The Maxi-Jet Powerhead runs silently and is designed to assure that even if it runs dry, or the rotor jams, the Maxi-Jet will not overheat. Maxi-Jet incorporates a venturi aeration device to provide optimal aeration and gas exchange in the aquarium. A silencer feature keep the venturi aeration device operating quietly. The adjustable air filter feature permits the user to fine-tune air volume and water mixing as desired. The Maxi-Jet has a fully rotational output to direct water anywhere in the aquarium. The intake tube adapter with prefilter screen prevents gravel or loose material in the aquarium from getting into the pump. An accessory kit includes an innovative triple-suction cup mount, an adjustable hook with cable guide, and a grid support for optional foam cartridge.
